HUMIGEN was formed in January 2007 as a basic research organization whose mission is to understand the role of genetic variation on the human immune response and to determine how this impacts susceptibility and severity of infectious, autoimmune and malignant disease. Over the next five years we shall grow to include eight basic science laboratories occupying over 40,000 sq. ft. of laboratory on a new, purpose-build research campus.
HUMIGEN needs active, enthusiastic laboratory researchers who are excited by the prospect of shaping and growing a brand-new research institute dedicated to human immunology and contributing actively to the development of an international reputation for research excellence. We employ at all levels, from newly qualified BS and MS graduates, through PhD to Group Leaders, with immunology, biochemistry, genetics or molecular biology backgrounds. In addition, we are interested in bioinformatics, epidemiology and statistical specialists.
